Privacy Policy
This page explains what happens to the information you send us through this website. It is written to be read, not to be skimmed past.
1. Who we are
This website is operated by Guangzhou Laeyo Biotechnology Co., Ltd., a cosmetics OEM/ODM manufacturer registered in Guangzhou, Guangdong, China, with its facility at Building E, Microcosmetics Creative Industrial Park, Huashan Town, Huadu District, Guangzhou.

2. What we collect
We only collect information that you type into the enquiry form on our Contact page. That is:
- your name;
- your company or brand name, if you provide it;
- your email address;
- your phone or WhatsApp number, if you provide it;
- the target market, product category, estimated quantity and reference product you describe;
- the project details you write in the message field.
We do not ask for and do not want payment card details, identity documents or any special category of personal data through this website. Please do not send them.
3. Why we use it
We use the information you send for one purpose: to answer your enquiry and, if you decide to work with us, to prepare a quotation, develop samples and manage the resulting order. Our lawful basis for doing so is your consent, given when you tick the consent box and submit the form, and our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry you have initiated.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it to send you marketing you did not ask for.
4. Who processes it on our behalf
This website is a set of static pages. It has no database and no login. When you submit the form, the contents are transmitted to a third-party form-handling service, which forwards them to our mailbox as an email:
- Web3Forms (api.web3forms.com) — receives the form submission and relays it to us by email. It also keeps a copy of the submission on its own servers, which we can set to be deleted automatically after a short period, and which we can delete at any time.
- Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com) — serves the typefaces used on this site. Loading a font makes a request from your browser to Google's servers, which necessarily includes your IP address.
Once the enquiry reaches our mailbox, it is handled by our email provider. We do not share the contents of your enquiry with anyone else, except where we must in order to fulfil an order you have placed (for example, a packaging supplier who needs to know the print specification), or where we are legally required to do so.
5. How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to a project are kept for as long as they are useful for following up, and are deleted on request. Where an enquiry becomes a customer relationship, we keep the relevant correspondence and order records for as long as the relationship lasts and for the period afterwards required by applicable accounting and export rules.
6. Your rights
You can ask us at any time to:
- tell you what information we hold about you and where it came from;
- correct anything that is wrong;
- delete the information we hold about you;
- stop using your information, or withdraw the consent you gave when you submitted the form.
Write to feng@laeyo.com and we will act on the request. We may ask you to confirm your identity first, so that we do not hand your information to someone else. If you are in the European Union, you also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.
7. Cookies and tracking
This website does not set cookies of its own and does not run advertising trackers. If we later add a website statistics tool, this section will be updated to name it before it goes live.
8. Security
The site is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Access to the mailbox that receives your enquiry is limited to the staff who handle enquiries and quotations. The form service stores submissions on encrypted servers hosted by Amazon Web Services, and we control how long that copy is kept. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
9. Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and change the date at the top.
