A shampoo that performs well on fine European hair does not necessarily behave the same way in markets with harder water or different hair textures. Conditioning level, lather and viscosity all need to be tuned to the conditions your customer actually washes their hair in. Tell us where the product will be sold, and we will build for those conditions.
These are among the most common requests from brands targeting the European and North American markets. The trade-off is usually lather and slip, which have to be rebuilt using alternative surfactants and conditioning systems. It is entirely workable — it just needs to be planned at the formulation stage rather than added on later.
Haircare packaging lives in a wet environment. Pump function, bottle stability, label adhesion and closure integrity all matter more here than in most other categories. We confirm the packaging against the formula before production, not after.
Haircare lives or dies on how it feels in the hand and in the hair. These are the variables that decide it.
From gentle daily-use formulas to deep-cleansing clarifying shampoos. Stronger cleansing usually means less conditioning.
Consumers read lather as a signal of effectiveness. If you go sulfate-free, lather has to be rebuilt deliberately.
Thick or runny. Viscosity affects how premium the product feels when it is poured or pumped.
How much slip and softness the product leaves behind. This is where most of the market-specific tuning happens.
Scent carries more of the perceived value in haircare than in most categories. Strength and direction both matter.
Bottle, pump, tube or jar. Pump function and label adhesion are the two most common failure points.
Send us these seven things and we can come back with a concrete proposal instead of a list of questions.
Yes. The main trade-off is lather, which has to be rebuilt with alternative surfactants. Tell us how much lather your market expects and we will develop the formula around that expectation.
Yes. Send a sample and tell us what you want to keep and what you want to improve — thickness, scent, cleansing strength or cost. We develop our own formulation based on that reference.
Our minimum order quantity is 1,000 units. The exact figure depends on the packaging format and the formula involved — we confirm it with your quotation.
Yes. We source the primary packaging — bottle, pump, cap or tube — and produce the label, carton and outer box from the artwork you supply. If you already have your own packaging, we can fill and finish into it instead.
Samples are typically ready within 7–10 days of brief confirmation. If your project needs a different timeline, tell us and we will confirm what is realistic before you commit.
