10,000 m² of cosmetics manufacturing in Huadu, Guangzhou
Twenty years of custom cosmetics development, a Class 100,000 cleanroom environment, ten automated production lines and ISO 22716 certified quality management — all producing to order under our customers' brands.
A manufacturer, not a trading company
Guangzhou Laeyo Biotechnology Co., Ltd. began building manufacturing and supply chain experience in 2005 and was formally incorporated in 2015. What we do today is the same thing we have always done: develop formulas, manufacture them to order, and put our customers' brands on the result.
There are two kinds of company selling "OEM services" in China. One owns the equipment, the formulas and the quality control. The other takes your order and passes it to someone who does. We are the first kind, and we would rather say so plainly than leave you to work it out.
If you want to know whether your product is something we can make well, ask us. A short conversation is cheaper than a failed sample round.

The facility in numbers
Twenty years, built in stages
Manufacturing roots
We began building manufacturing and supply chain experience in the cosmetics sector.
Company incorporation
Guangzhou Laeyo Biotechnology Co., Ltd. was formally registered.
Growing capabilities
We expanded our R&D, manufacturing capacity and export services for international customers.
10,000 m² of facilities
Coordinated production, R&D, testing, warehousing and customer reception under one roof.
Further expansion
Planned access to higher-standard industrial park facilities for the next stage of growth.
R&D, production, testing and storage in one system
Keeping these functions in the same place is not just tidier — it removes the communication delays that cause projects to drift.
R&D and sample development
Product concepts, formulation, sample reviews and validation testing.
Mixing, filling and packaging
Standard procedures guide emulsification, compounding, filling and packaging.
Testing and retained samples
Quality checks and traceability for ingredients, packaging, bulk and finished goods.
Warehousing and delivery
Storage, logistics and shipment support aligned with each order schedule.
Standardised production, documented at every stage
Controlled environments and documented processes are what make a batch reproducible. That matters most on your second and third order, not the first.
Controlled clean environment
Class 100,000 production areas with environmental monitoring at key locations.
Ultrapure water system
Softening, filtration, reverse osmosis and ultrapure treatment provide consistent process water.
Automated production lines
Emulsification, compounding, filling and packaging, supported by HVAC, filtration and sanitation systems.
Batch documentation
Process parameters, in-process inspections, retained samples and traceability records for every run.
Daily production capacity
Approximate daily output across our main categories. Actual capacity for your project depends on the formula, packaging format and order schedule.
Quality control throughout production
Quality is not a final inspection at the end. It is a set of checks built into each stage, so problems are caught while they are still cheap to fix.
Incoming material inspection
Ingredients and packaging are verified before use. Every batch of raw materials, bulk and finished goods passes through a quality approval process.
In-process inspections
Checks at critical stages identify and correct deviations promptly, rather than discovering them at the end of a run.
Finished product testing
Appearance, skin feel, physicochemical properties and microbiological quality.
Retained samples and traceability
Batch records, retained samples and traceability documents support long-term quality management.
Certifications and licences
Documentation is available for review before you place an order. If your market requires something not listed here, ask — we will confirm in writing what we can provide.

Inside the facility
Buyers want to see the actual workshop, not stock photography. Real photos here do more for trust than any amount of copy.
Huadu, Guangzhou
Where a product is manufactured determines how fast it can be developed, how flexible the packaging options are, and how easily it reaches your market.
20 minutes from Baiyun Airport
Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport is roughly 20 minutes away, which makes factory visits straightforward if you are travelling to China.
One hour to the Greater Bay Area
Key cities across the Greater Bay Area are within about an hour, giving access to packaging, raw material and logistics suppliers.
Packaging within reach
Guangdong is one of the world's largest clusters for glass bottles, plastic containers, pumps, caps and printed packaging — more options and shorter lead times.

You are welcome to come and see it
For larger projects, visiting the facility is the fastest way to judge whether a manufacturer is what they claim to be. We have meeting space, sample displays and a reception area for exactly this.
Meetings and sample reviews
Direct discussions, proposal confirmation and sample assessment on site.
Product and packaging displays
Hundreds of product references on display, so you can see what is achievable before committing.
Customer reception
A proper business setting for factory visits, project reviews and long-term cooperation.
We do not sell stock products.
No catalogue to order from, no warehouse of ready-made goods.
We do not supply generic wholesale.
If you want to buy someone else's product and relabel it, we are not the right partner.
We do not reproduce trademarks.
We develop original formulations — we do not copy brand names, logos or packaging.
What we don't do
Most manufacturers try to be everything to everyone. We would rather be clear about the work we are set up for, because it saves both sides time.
If your product needs a formula developed, packaging sourced, and production run under your own brand, that is exactly what this factory exists to do.
Questions about the facility?
Ask us anything — capacity, packaging options, certifications, lead times, or whether your product is something we can make well.
