What if I don't know my exact quantity yet?
Give us a rough range. The quantity affects unit cost and sometimes the packaging options, so an approximate figure lets us give you a meaningful answer rather than a vague one.
Can I send you a reference product?
Yes, and it helps. Send us the product you want to match or improve, and tell us which characteristics matter most — scent, texture, performance or cost. We will develop our own formulation based on it.
Can we sign an NDA before I share details?
If you need a non-disclosure agreement in place before discussing your product, mention it in your message and we will arrange it.
Do you work with first-time brand owners?
Yes. Plenty of our customers arrive with a product idea and a target market rather than an established brand. What matters is that you know roughly what you want to make and where you intend to sell it.
